It is possible to stay at the conference venue itself (see bottom of this page). However, this year we have also reserved a good quantity of comfortable, well-priced rooms for Awayday delegates at St Hilda's, one of the nearby Oxford University Colleges. St Hilda's is located in beautiful grounds right next to the river Thames and is just a few minutes' walk from Oxford city centre. Both single and twin occupancy en-suite rooms are available; sharing can be a great way to reduce costs and catch up with existing connections or make new ones.

• College punts are available to use on the river at the cost of £20 per 2-hour session (max 5 people per boat).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend driving to St Hilda's. There is no parking available at the college or in nearby streets, which require residents' parking permits. However, 5-minutes' walk away there is a small car park at St Clement's (£15.20 for 24 hours). We recommend public transport or the Thornhill Park & Ride (£12 for 48–72 hours).
